Early morning flow salutations, sound healing, online options, and evening sessions offer a great variety for everyone & an easy to use online booking app for classes. My friend… attend ANY of Sunlight’s classes and you’ll be in the best care. All of their teachers are warm, extremely kind, and make yoga accessible to all bodies and all difficulty levels. I discovered Sunlight a year ago when I signed up for a book club. Everyone in the studio is so welcoming, and I loved discussing a book, drinking tea, and doing yoga. I then signed up for a pass to go weekly and started to get back into yoga. I now have the unlimited pass and go as often as I can…usually 6x per week. Every class offers something different, and all of the instructors will accommodate any level.I have discovered more than a yoga studio…it’s a community. I feel relaxed the minute I step through the door.
