I have learned so much at this beautiful studio. I would recommend it to anyone aged - 10-100. The owner is a true yogi and regular person all wrapped into one - the real deal. Her teachers are well trained and focused on teaching the peace of true yoga.
Such a lovely studio. Traditional to the yoga roots. Jeani is the owner - there is nothing like a Jeani class. The other instructors are also wonderful. They are located in an adorable old brick building. Oh and they offer aerial yoga…a fun challenge!
Jeanni MacKenzie is the best yoga teacher I've ever had. In her quiet, calming voice, she helps you into your best version of whatever pose she's teaching. She helps you understand and listen to your body. Very highly recommended!
