“Had my 1st appointment with Donita, she is amazing. I’ve always felt like I had a vice grip around my head..this evening my head feels different. I can’t even describe it, it’s just feels not stressed or immobile like it does typically.I suffer with cluster headaches and several other kinds of headaches which means I have a headache nearly daily. My goal is to heal these headaches. So far, it feels like this might help…my head definitely feels different than what I’m used to and no headaches tonight. I will keep updating!“

“Two months ago I welcomed my first child into the world. I was excited and nervous to take on breastfeeding and thought I could just figure it out on my own and with the advice of other friends and family. Things seemed well to start but after 2 weeks I was ready to give up. I figured I would just pump and bottle feed and that was that. I wasn’t having pain but nursing sessions were taking an hour and I felt like my daughter was never satisfied. I was exhausted. Someone mentioned her name to me when I was pregnant so I decided to reach out and work with McKenzie (Gingerly Mama). What did I have to lose? I can tell you it was the absolute best thing I could have done for myself and my daughter. Within 4 weeks time we were able to make a huge stride in nursing time AND weight gain! My daughter had issues with transfer and with the guidance of McKenzie and other persons of specialty we have a thriving baby and a happy mama. Breastfeeding is HARD but it doesn’t have to be something you figure out alone. Whether you are an existing mama or an expecting mama, McKenzie is someone who can guide you to a successful journey. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and truly wants you to have a successful breastfeeding experience. I’m so grateful to her.“
