Great staff and great facilities. Bought a massage for my sister and I did the infrared sauna. Both were wonderful and very affordable. I know my sister will be back and if I'm in the area I'll definitely be back as well.

Two different therapists have worked on me, one for deep tissue release for relief from an injury and most recently TMJ issues. I have had fabulous experience everytime. After two sessions, the tension in my jaw has released enough to chew normally and sleep comfortably. Highly recommend this group.

Delilah is amazing! I had never had Reiki before and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had such a wonderful experience. Since I didn't know what to expect Delilah very patiently and thoroughly explained the process to me before we started. I felt very comfortable. She is an amazing healer and I look forward to my next session.
