“Carly now has her own place!!!!! I met Carly in early 2021 after Covid at the Meraki Spa in Bettendorf and honestly fell in love with her work. She is so kind, caring and very upfront about prices as well as honest about colors. If ever in doubt I usually just ask her what she thinks and she gives me her honest opinion.
