I showed up with a major issue with my tow vehicle on a camping trip. When they saw me disconnecting my trailer in the back, TJ came out to see what was going on. While initially he didn't think there was anything that could be done, he and a couple other guys brainstormed and figured out a solution. I was so grateful and he saved our trip. I live too far away to be a customer, but I cannot say enough good things about TJ and the crew.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Nick. We found the car we were looking for and Nick and his team stayed late for us on a Friday night and were courteous the entire time. We worked out a fair deal and Nick was helpful with questions even days after the sale was done. I will definitely check out this plant next time I am in search of a vehicle.
After searching around Des Moines for a Traverse. I was able to locate one at Stalker. I was hesitant to travel away from the metro. I was pleasantly surprised on my experience there. Stalker was top notch in every aspect. They were kind and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. This was by far the dealership experience I have had.
