I had a great experience at this eye doctor’s office. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. The exam was quick but thorough, and I felt like they really cared about helping me see my best. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!
Vision Specialist of Council Bluffs has an amazing staff! Every single time I have been in there, I feel like their most important person in their office. My last trip, I wanted to get new glasses, and the staff was so patient with me. Thank you Vision Specialist for being apart of our community!
It was my first time with Vision Specialist and I couldn't have been any happier with my exam with the optometrist. She was very thorough took the time to listen to me she asked questions I just thought she really about what I had to say about my eyes. Then went and decided I needed to get some prescriptions sunglasses Julie who helped me pick up my sunglasses was very helpful very knowledgeable and she couldn't have made it any easier for me to pick them out. When they called and so they were in I went in the same day to pick them up.
