He was on time, very pleasant, quick and efficient doing his work, communicated the problem he found, and told us what the price to correct it. He had a detailed breakdown of the items to be done, and parts list. He told us about Sears Protect Home Warranty and the benefits we would get from joining. The service work itself, was excellent and professional. Technician arrived early and quickly completed the repairs. Regarding the scheduling service, while online service was convenient, there were some issues confirming schedules with the automated service.
