I have seen Dr Rensch for at least 15 years and the care has gone downhill terribly over the past few years. It’s impossible to get in, I scheduled a 6 month visit in January and they couldn’t get me in until October. Saw a new dentist today and was told I have 12 cavities, most of which were likely there when I was seen in January. None of these were mentioned or addressed when I saw his office in January. Had 2 cavities filled there October of 2023, was not numb during the whole procedure, kicking my feet and crying, but was told they couldn’t numb me more. Won’t be returning and would not recommend to anyone to go here.

I had been to Dr. Rensch’s office twice for my regular checkups. The last time I was in there I told the hygienists my teeth were really hurting, so she had Dr. Rensch come in to look at me. He barely touched my mouth. Told me my gums look great and no cavities so it must have been the Ora gel I was using for the pain. A few days later a large pearl size bump showed up behind my front teeth and I was in a lot of pain. I called to get an emergency appointment and was told it would be a week and a half before they would see me. He called in a prescription without even seeing me.
