They accepted new patients! A great experience from the first person I encountered at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. My dental hygienist, Jill took time with me and explained everything. Dr. Hurley explained options and answered concerns I had.

Was off to a rough start. Many thanks to Katie the office manager. had a bad misunderstanding occur. Katie took charge, took care of the misunderstanding like nobodies business !! That's professionalism at it's best. Thank you Katie. Blue Cross Blue Shield should take along walk off of a short Pier.

The care I received was good. There were some technical difficulties. The xray was not working right, the water pick was a little crazy and basically gave me a second shower for the day, and the polisher was not working 3/4 of the time. The room was freezing, however the nice hygienist got me a blanket.
