Communication was excellent - Jeremy made sure we were all on the same page several times throughout the process and proactively recognized potential issues and addressed them immediately. We were impressed with the installation crew and their professionalism. They recommended a few changes that were very smart and resulted in a better finished product.

Great experience with Royalty Roofing. We had hail damage a few years back and they replaced our roof. Then later that year we lost siding in a wind storm. Masen the project manager came and assed the siding, instead of just replacing the damaged areas, he reached out to the siding manufacturer as this damage should not happen with this product. He worked with the manufacturer and got the issue figured out. Masen was always available when I reached out to him and would answer any questions I may of had. Highly recommend Royalty Roofing.
