Please please please for the love of god come here. Sueanne makes me want to dry clean my entire wardrobe just to hear her bright, funny, warming personality again. She made the whole experience a delight. You could walk into this business with the hugest grumpy frown on your face but I think as soon as you get the delight of interacting with the amazing face of the council bluffs location, Sueanne, You will leave with a smile, a laugh, and a clean garment.

I had a Suit that was in need of dry cleaning.The lady was very polite and told me when I could pick it up.It was a little out of the way since I live closer to the 29th and Broadway store- but it is closed.

I drop off and pick up my husbands shirts and pants 2 times per week because he is a manager who works with the public and loves his shirts and pants perfectly cleaned, starched and pressed. SueAnne the store manager always Greets me with a smile, knows me by name, and will get my husbands clothes for me whenever I need them quickly! She sends me a text and an email so I know right away when I can go and pick them up. My husbands co workers have commented on how nice his shirts look! We are so Happy with the way SueAnne does my husbands clothes, and she is always kind and a hard working person who seems to really care about her store.
