My first time going to this laundromat, very clean and spacious! Leann was extremely helpful explaining payment options and their loyalty program. She was very patient and assisted me with the equipment. She also made recommendations on the size of machines and best setting for my laundry! Outstanding customer service! Extremely helpful and greatly appreciated! Well done Leann!
We were in town for the College World Series and we had alot of clothes between 5 people that needed to be done quickly. We were in a pinch since our hotel didnt have a washer and dryer and time was tight. We went here and Shawn (not sure on spelling) helped us and got our 26 pounds of laundry done in 4 hours. Truly helping us out! Amazing experience, he is the kind of guy you want working for you. Thank you
I had an awesome experience at the Wash World on Saint Mary’s, thanks to Leanne! She went above and beyond to help me figure out the right size washer and dryer I needed, and she did it with so much patience and kindness. She was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions without hesitation, and even shared how much she genuinely enjoys working at Wash World — which says a lot about the place!
It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. Leanne made the whole visit easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. If you’re ever unsure what machines to use or just need a little guidance, ask for Leanne — she’s the best!
Highly recommend this location!
