I can’t say enough good things about IMS Exteriors! They were amazing to work with. We were out of town when we needed a new roof, gutters and window wraps on our house. Jesse and his crew took care of all the insurance details and had all the work completed within a two week period. When we got home the house looked amazing! I would highly recommend them!
IMS came through when multiple competitors fell through. I had nothing but excuses and hustles from contractors until I found IMS. These guys set appointments and never missed a time. They worked directly with insurance which relieved me of that burden. They are expert installers who even worked through a blizzard and provided a project manager to check installation progress and field my questions. Make one call to IMS and stop shopping around. You won't regret it.
I had Tyler from IMS Exteriors come and check my roof and siding. I thought he was very sweet and professional and not pushy at all. He and the team took the time to get all of my questions answered and provide me with all of the information I needed.
