I had 6 inch metal gutters and guards installed. Ryan and his crew showed up early morning, around 8, and got to work. They removed the old gutters which allowed the crew to note any problem areas before starting. Ryan spotted a place that needed attention, and he explained the roof I recently had replaced, needed to be adjusted in one area above the garage so the gutters would lay without issue. After approving the fix, Ryan kept me updated with photos on the progress. Once the job was done, they cleaned up as if they were never there. I had a really great experience with Home Pride Roofing, especially Cowboy. After a storm I knew I had some roof damage and ended up finding him in a nearby town. He offered to come take a look, and I’m really glad he did.
He’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows his stuff. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and even helped me understand my insurance policy. He stayed on top of everything, communicated well, and made sure nothing got missed. He also helped me through the claims process and came back out when the adjuster was there to make sure everything got covered.
Had quite a bit of damage to my siding and roof from those couple storms we’d gotten a while back. Cowboy came out and gave me the best plan of attack and got her all taken care of. Great pricing and better customer service. 10/10
