PCS is our 3rd party tech support. PCS is more professional than my previous company's own internal tech support. I never feel pressured and they are incredibly patient with those of us that are tech challenged.

We've had a lot of connectivity issues in the past week or two but whenever I call up there, everyone is always so respectful and helpful! And big shout out to Sterling Reeves who has been to our office several times to help our team get back online!! He's the nicest guy and is always laughing with our team!
