“I ordered a pair of no line bifocal. I just couldn't get used to them. I returned to the store in Coralville, Iowa and explained the problem. I said I wanted to send them back in to get regular bifocal. When I was notified the glasses had arrived, I went to the store and was served by two young ladies who adjusted the frames for a better fit to my face. When I asked how much I owed for the change in lenses, I was shocked to learn there was no charge. Great service!!!!“
