My daughter and I worked with Rachel and Lou. They were both AMAZING at helping choose glasses for our face and measuring our glasses where we actually wear them.We did the remote doctor and it was honestly really cool and I felt like I had great service that didn't miss a thing. The tech (manager but I didn't write her name down) was great. Really did things the way I am use to them being with a doc and was super nice to talk to.All around great experience!

Kevis helped me pick out the perfect pair and had patience with me, while I tried almost every pair lol. He also answered all of my questions (I asked a lot). Super nice environment.

The staff were incredibly helpful explaining the whole process to me. It was quick and easy to get my exam and pick out my new glasses. The selection was great and it was so nice having someone help me pick out what looked best on me!
