My friend and I decided to go get ear piercings done by Jerry and he did an amazing job! I got my conch pierced (photo taken an hour after) and it was so quick and smooth I was very surprised! Compared to most other studios in Iowa City they are inexpensive, the jewelry is much cheaper than any other place I’ve been to. Will definitely be going back to get my other ear done!

I had Jerry do my first tattoo and it came out looking exactly like the reference image I wanted. He did a really good job. He was also very nice and we had good conversations throughout, and I will definitely be going to hotspot again when I’m ready for new tattoos.

Super friendly and accommodating—he was even able to fit me in the same day since I had a small design and already knew the placement. The service was great from start to finish. He really took his time printing multiple stencils to make sure I loved the size and placement, which I appreciated so much. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

This place is actually pretty cool. I normally go to wildside in cedar rapids for all my stuff but I decided I want an eyebrow piercing and I wanted it now lol. Their prices are lower than all else in this area. Wildside is cheaper but it's a further drive so I just went here and it was a great experience. They forgot to give me the spike part on the piercing and instead gave me 2 balls so I went back in and he replaced it and let me keep the ball just in case I wanted it. Piercer was really friendly and I would go back again.
