I'd been lifting/working out for about 4 years before I started Jason's workout plan, and I cannot emphasize enough when I say it changed me for the better. I began my journey back in 2005, I met Jason Laube and my life forever changed. I was fat and out of shape and struggled to make it up a flight of stairs.
