We have been here many times whether it be for regular appointments or the urgent care on the top floor. The staff has always been very courteous and polite. The doctors are attentive and listen to your concerns and do not make you feel rushed when treating your kids. Overall we are very satisfied with the level of care we have gotten when we have came here.

So many things wrong with this location! Current issue is they would not even schedule our son for a physical even though we told them our insurance has not changed ehich my wife could bot give them because she was driving. Their office policy is not parent friendly they dont want the parent to be present during exams which we refuse to accept. Lost some of our prescriptions. Messed ordered prescriptions up and then would not return our calls so that we could get the issue resolved even after we called them many times. They don't call you back 95% of the time.
