Don’t come here a lot and as soon as I pulled in to the cashier, Bradley was there to guide me through the different washes, I wasn’t sure which one I wanted and he let me know the different tiers and which one would clean the under body of my car. Definitely will be coming back to this location again. Bradley was super friendly and had a great positive vibe. I will definitely be coming back. This was at the Westside Cedar Rapids location!

Wash system is designed for daily driver city traffic cars. Does not do well getting highway dried on bugs off mirrors shells nor grill. Skips over back window off 3/4t crew cab truck truck and barely touched tailgate. Ran through 2x and still didnt get bugs off mirrors.
I got a free wash coupon in the mail I took it to the Westdale Tommy’s and I was greeted by Rachel. She was very polite and explained what the free Wash got me and then also told me how to sign up for that $23 Deal for unlimited works car washes and I’ll definitely be back to sign up with her.
