To The Rescue

Their transportation program is so inconsistent. Many times they show up TOO early (30+ mins), other times they’re late, and then there’s the days they don’t show up at all. This is not appropriate for an agency who is services individuals with disabilities. My brother has autism, so consistency is KEY for him. I’ve had many conversations in the past with this agency about this, and then they continue to do just that. Are they not aware that some of their clients still reside in their own homes, so this offsets the family’s schedules (including work, appointments, etc) because of their failure to provide consistent transportation for their clients. This week alone, I was told my brother’s ride was on its way to our house or would be there within the next 30 minutes and guess what? They never showed. Two times in one week. This is NOT ok!

This organization is a complete joke. I could write a book how bad it is there.

A FOR-PROFIT agency that definitely puts profits before consumers! Zero communication at all levels, zero training of employees. Staff just sits around on their phone. Supervisors do not address problems with staff. ☹️
