The Prull Group is the BEST! Strongly recommend. We had an issue with our rooftop unit in the hot summer and I own a chiropractic business. The clinic was getting hotter every minute. Called the Prull Group and talked to Jamie(owner) and he had someone out to our office within an hour. The HVAC technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out the issue quickly ran across town and got the replacement part and had us up and running in under an hour. I won't call anybody but these guys. Don't look any further these are the people you want to call to work on your HVAC system. Thank you so much!

We called Prull to take over a repair on our new air conditioner that Hannah could no longer service and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend. I want to add an additional comment letting consumers know that Prull went above and beyond advocating for us by keeping after Trane to make good on getting the parts we needed to get our unit running properly and then followed up after to check in again. Highly recommend!

I woke up yesterday morning and my central air was blowing out warm air. I called Prull when they opened at 7:30a, a technician was out by 1:30p, and my AC was fixed by 2:10p. Rates were reasonable and competitive. The whole experience was professional and good customer service was provided. I'd recommend this company and will call Prull again next time I have any AC issues.
