Steve was prompt and friendly. He went out of his way to work with us to find the right types of flooring for a complicated job. He worked with us on our evolving time frames for each part of the project. Steve was very knowledgeable. Not only with the right products and pricing for us, but general construction as well.

Arrranged to have our oak floor refinished while out of town for 3 days. Left specific written instructions with Steve on how to deactivate and activate house alarm. Came home three days later to find that alarm was not on and virtually all lights in house were on. Neighbors said lights burned all 3 days. Judge for yourself what kind of workers this shop employs!
