Good experience, no high pressure sales, the installation went great. Maybe a bit of a language barrier with the actual installers but they were careful and detailed oriented, no problems at all. The windows themselves are wonderful.
Serenity offers high quality products, installations, and followed up with a service request when we needed it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to trust with their home.
Excellent sales agents, very knowledgeable and kind while providing us a fair estimate. We chose them for the quality of materials they used at our new deck. You could always go for the lower priced quote but we chose them due to the amount of referrals they had and that was outstanding when choosing who to go for. Great Work!!
