Selah checks in with me before, during, and after to ensure I'm getting exactly what I want. She's incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and has a great sense of humor. I'm from Chicago so I'm very particular about my hair. Sam did a WONDERFUL job making me look great; I will return to him in the future. He is very talented and kind. I'm leaving this as a 4-star review only because I have an expectation of longer hours (I was told everyone was fully booked, but Sam was the only person working on Saturday at 2 PM; I walked in fully expecting a bustling shop full of stylists and patrons), quicker call-back for an appointment (I got a text a day after I called for an appointment; my expectation is within an hour of inquirty), and a tidier shop (the shop is clean but kind of messy).
