Quala's facilities provide amenities such as showers, a pool table, TV lounge, and vending machines, making it a comfortable place for drivers to wait. The staff is friendly and helpful, assisting customers with finding available services and accommodations. While the trucker's lounge may require some self-maintenance, the overall experience at Quala is positive, with great work done on the trucks and tankers.
While using their rest room as a driver I was told that I’m not allowed to use their facilities because it was for their tanker technicians ONLY…lol it’s genuinely not a big deal just kind of disappointing because I was given the access by someone there and told I could shower and use their facilities restroom there …and no I don’t know who told me this just knocked on the door and tells me then proceeds to leave the tissue on the window seal and tells me to put it in there when I’m out…no problem
Anytime I’ve been here it’s been a good experience.
Yard Driver helped me out one day with an issue no prob.

I work for food grade tank company and Quala staff is really friendly and helps out if u have trouble finding out which is available or how long the wait. But while u wait Quala has some good accommodation while u wait like: shower room, lounge area with good vending machines. Or if your hungry Walmart is around the corner and down the street is a convenient store that has hot food or Pilot truck around the corner as well.
