I’ve been renting from epic for going on 4/5 years now, I needed a place I could afford as a single father with a baby. I’m pleased with how the relationship has been so far, it’s our home now. They have promptly dealt with heat issues in the winter and left space heaters for everyone in our building who needed one. Maintenance has been good, cleaning team comes by to take care of our entryway. Coin laundry isn’t very costly compared to the laundromat. Office staff has been easy to talk to and have been understanding and reasonable with situations I’ve had in the past. Absolutely DO NOT deal with these people. The worst property management out there. They don’t fix anything and never respond to problems and then will try to charge you for those problems. A complete joke.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I moved into a rental that was dirty and had a lot wrong with it. Including an outlet under the kitchen sink that was not GCFI. We thought the dishwasher went out and went to unplug it and it shocked my fiancée. We put in a request that no one answered for 4 days until I called them and told them that I had toddlers and an outlet under running water that is shocking people. They still were going to wait another week to come out until I adamantly refused and told them to send someone immediately. A man in an unmarked van showed up, didn’t change the outlet out and left.
