I was in Hematology & I went back to the Infusion room on April 17 @8:30am. This was new to me and my body had some reactions to the treatment, but the way they staff immediately responded to me getting me quick solutions to feel better. It was a scary process because I was new. It was mostly women and one male of the shift and they all were very attentive to me which made me feel safe and in good hands. They made sure I was comfortable and helped with whatever I needed. They were always giving me kinds words and motivations since I'm currently in nursing school. I go here for alot of things. Usually pretty good. However, EVERYTIME I call about my allergy shots, I get transfered to 2 or 3 other places before getting to the allergy department. When I called to complain, I was told that was how the allergy department wants it (by the receptionist named Miranda). Takes like 10 minutes to get on the phone to allergy. Waste of time.

I had my second hip replacement and Dr. Eyberg was my Surgeon again. I can’t rave about him enough. I feel so much better and I’m only 3 weeks out. Thank you PCI for always having the best Physicians and Surgeons on staff. I’ve been going to PCI since the early 2000’s. They wouldn’t have kept me coming back if they weren’t the BEST!
