Samurai Martial Arts - Cedar Rapids

5005 Blairs Forest Lane Northeast, Cedar Rapids

Sat 8:30AM - 1:30PM

“We absolutely love ATA Samurai and Mr. Gallea! The instructors make every class fun, engaging, and challenging while teaching respect, discipline, confidence, and perseverance. Mr. Gallea has an incredible way of connecting with the students and encouraging them to do their best both on and off the mat.
The entire teaching staff is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about each child's and adult's growth and success. The positive atmosphere makes it a place our family looks forward to every week. If you're looking for a Taekwondo school that builds strong martial artists and even stronger character, ATA Samurai is the perfect choice. Highly recommend”

“Whether I have 20 minutes or an hour, I always gain something by dropping in to Anytime Fitness (AF). The staff is supportive, the equipment is well maintained, the space is clean and other members are very friendly. I love that this location is close by. Somehow, I never have ended-up going to gyms, on a regular basis, that are far away from where we live. Oh, also, did you know that a membership at AF allows you to go to any other AF? Great when you're traveling!”
