They assist businesses with their staffing needs and help hard-working people gain temporary employment. According to reviews, they provide professional associates who take ownership of assigned tasks. The staff is professional, and the office goes above and beyond to keep employees employed and with income. Labor Finders is an excellent place to work, and their staff is dedicated to helping people build a better place for themselves in the world.

It was perfect the location was walking distance from my home
I walked into Labor Finders Cedar Rapids in November 2025 absolutely broke and had figured out that Internet job applications are not for the 61 year old recovering alcoholic with a very bad job history due to my life choices.. I explained to them I needed a chance and would give them 100% at any job they offered!!! They had banquet serving positions available that are temp and sporadic… I took the opportunities ( even though I was 100% a fish out of water as I’ve never had experience in that type of work) I somehow made ends meet only averaging 24 or so hrs a week for 6 months as I knew that was the only way for me to attain a little credibility… Then...read full review
