I was called to come in earlier than my originally scheduled appt due to weather. I was happy, thinking I would get home sooner. Well, that didn't happen. I was at Iowa Eye Center from 2:30- 4:45. I love Dr. Puk but every appt I have, the wait time is extensive. I understand that emergencies happen but maybe they need to look at modifying appt lengths if this is an ongoing problem. It's annoying, but not enough to look for a different Dr.

The biggest negative was that my appt was for 10:20am and I waited over an 1.5 hours to be called, then had to fill out paperwork and waited another 15-20 minutes before being called back. Staff was apologetic but not sure what happened to cause the long wait. There was another concern that I will call back and ask about.

A great experience at Iowa Eye Center! Everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Hall is very knowledgeable, kind, and didn't rush through the exam. I'm very appreciative of the care I got!!
