Excellent folks to work with! Lost heat in December when my old boiler system went out. Got a couple bids and Furnace Pro was the best. Had them replace my old heating system with a new forced air gas furnace and they went above and beyond to not only install a new system but also replace/rework ducting and set up my system for future renovations.
Furnace pro is one of the only reputable tea pair company I have dealt with since moving to Cedar Rapids they are always very upfront on price I have even had them replace my central air after we purchased our home. To trust the repair people means a lot to me and they will always receive my business for that reason .
I just had my AC serviced. GREAT experience and EXCELLENT price. No trip charge only labor for the time he was there plus the materials used. Very professional, friendly, and delivered a excellent service experience!
