I had a couple different companies give us quotes on repairing or replacing our furnace when it stopped giving hot hair. Eric at Furnace Pros came through and gave lots of great information and professional recommendations for solutions and why. On top of replacing the unit, he also recognized we needed an additional return downstairs, recommended a better filter, and informed us of a tax credit we would qualify for. The installer, Bryan, was here until the job was done and left our furnace room cleaner than it was before they came.
