Firstly, the sales process was super seamless. They sent me Michael who showed up on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. He explained the window nuances, dissected the windows and showcased everything one needs to know - Now I can differentiate good window vs cheap window. He then proceeded to take measurements and numbered the windows - btw, until the end of the install, everyone followed the numbering to the DOT.He ran the numbers, included the discounts, kept everything pretty transparent and obliged me additional discount request, checked with is boss and approved it. I got the opportunity to work with Cody about getting new windows for our house, I was impressed with Feldco from the get go, setting up a time to get an estaminet was super easy, Cody was on time and respectful and easy to get along with, we had most the money for our windows but were struggling to come up with the rest, Cody and his boss Tom were able to help us set up a payment plan that worked with our budget and made things easy on our end, overall I would highly recommend this company we’ve had so many estimates from other companies that just didn’t impress or fit our budget.
