I have bad experience with the Customer Service that I talked to. I received an email and it says I have an approval appointment so I called and asking to r-schedule me Monday morning, she told me that Dra. Mullen was full schedule so she cant help me. I drop the call immediately, paused and called again same CSR picked my call and asking to cancel my appointment, and surprisingly she already cancelled my appointment without telling me, thats unacceptable, since she is working in hospitality in health care, so she devil working on this facility, not a good person.

This used to be a great place. I swear it's run like a man owns and run it now.
The automated answering sucks. Almost 20 minutes to get a live person because I keep hanging up and calling back since the AI clearly can't understand. The person who is on call during lunch and after hours needs something else to do because answering the phone and being polite is your job.
Appointments are canceled frequently the day before or day of and the patient is blamed for it. Why would I cancel an appointment I waited MONTHS for?
Sometimes you can hear staff conversations and they are talking about each other, patients, or both. I can see why the turnover rate is high, as it's different people every time I come in. Maybe get some male nurses in there to balance out the drama.
Some of staff is super nice so I can say that's a positive. Also, advocate and speak up for yourself. DON'T let them over talk you and minimize your concerns just so they can get you in and out. No one told them to overbook/overlap appointments.

This place is a complete joke and waste of time. They are just pushing people through like cattle. The girls up front have always been nice but none of the doctors care about what they are doing. I have had to advocate every step of any contact with them for test results, promised referrals, prescription refills. Don't get me started on Dr. Ede. He is on another planet, doesn't care what you have to say because he is going to dismiss you anyway. I will not be returning to this dump.

I've been going to this doctor's office for over 2 years for mental health and I volunteered for the Vivitrol program once I started requesting paperwork they wanted to violate HIPAA trying to withhold my medical records on top of them trying to misdiagnose me ... when I went to take my 4-month sobriety shot they had a nurse come in acting totally unprofessional and rude made me empty my pockets acting like I'm faking urine test as soon as I said I would take a blood test her reaction was totally off she ran out of the room and when she opened the door they had a behavioral health nurse waiting outside the door they were trying to get a reaction out of me so they can try to put a label on me I ended up canceling appointments due to safety concerns and they rescheduled them without my consent when I called to see who made the appointment they wouldn't tell me after talking to my family doctor about safety concerns I was met with silence so I put in a complaint and they still had Tia Goodrich contact me that's totally unprofessional and at this point it's harassment as soon as I cancel my Tia appointments nothing else mattered to them they were using a doctor's office trying to get information out of me the only reason they wanted me to do the Vivitrol shot is to be nosy and get urine analysis have you or a loved one are going here for mental health be careful

Who ever answers the automatic phone when the clinic is closed is very rude no need for an attitude if I didn’t give you any whatsoever I would have put her name but she never disclosed it

Mary Boska is fabulous. I was referred here by a friend, who is a patient of hers. I couldn't be more pleased by the care I receive. She is very through and I feel she truly cares about my well being. She is definitely an asset to this clinic.

I would say this place lacks people, respect, dignity and care for others. I had an appointment today with Dr. Mary Boska and she is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my life. Her nurse also lacks character, ability to speak (when she is verbal), she lacks empathy to self and others. If you have real life problems going on this is not tha place to take your loved ones or even yourself. Now I remember why I left this location on the southeast side the first time. All these years later you guys still suck 🤮.

Eastern Iowa women’s health is horrible. Appointments are canceled by them but then in notes on my chart they blame the patient for not keeping up a/ appointments. You make it to your appointment early only to be waiting 30+ mins to be seen. They claim they call with updates on your visit yet I don’t see any calls nor have vm. I was told I had gdm basically a month after the glucose test and the dr acted like they had called n told me when I’d been scheduled multiple appointments prior and could have easily been told this face to face. I haven’t seen the same dr twice and when I go for appointments no one knows whats what, they’re asking me!!!!! After all this I wanna be referred elsewhere they are absolutely horrible in that place.
