Waited over a month to call on the 3rd Wednesday at 8am like they said. The phone line was instantly busy the entire time. By the time I got someone on the line at 8:25 they told me that all the appointments had been booked and I have to wait until next month again. I’ve already waited 2 months. I called when they said many many times. This is just ridiculous.

Dr. McKenna and Shayla did such an amazing job fixing my cavity and repairing my chipped front tooth. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress free. My front tooth now matches perfectly, and I feel so much more confident with my smile now. They both took their time, explained everything, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the results. I was super impressed and happy with how they handled and cared for my 5 year old daughter Lily! The hygienist was so kind and sweet! She made her so comfortable and was so gentle. The dentist was also great!! She was just as kind and gentle too and it was overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much!

Very very great service and I was seen as a emergency and I was in and they took care of my problem n I'd been dealing with problems of for a couple years that a different dentist caused n made me stay away from dentist completely. I look forward to going back to this clinic. The people , staff n everyone in the EIHC both places are great n they really provide good services dentle n doctors. I am very very impressed...

This place is a blessing for kids that have aged out of foster care or those in need of affordable dental care. Staff is very professional and are some of the kindest people I have met. Keep up the great work!

In the past I have had really good experiences here. Today was one of the worst experiences I have had in my like. I even asked 2 different people if they could that worked thier and said they said they could help my TMJ, The doctor was so rude considering and mean . No X Rays were taken and I felt like he barely looked at me.Then he told me that I should do physical therapy gave me no referral. He said I did not need one. He was wrong of course, I was I a lot of pain he basically laughed me off. I never felt so belittled .I have requested a referral from my doctor.SI do. It think I will be back, .

I had to go in as a walk-in patient due to pretty severe tooth pain. Even with my medical phobias they were so kind and understanding, it was a pleasant experience given what I was going in for. The doctor's were quick and explained everything in laymen's terms. I was in and out within 2 hours, thank you to the amazing staff.

Been here a few times. Everytime has been memorable. Weird for a dentist office ik 🤣 the last time I went Davina was taking care of me. She is such a light to the world. She went above and beyond. Somehow made getting teeth pulled not so bad. Thank youuuuu!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Eastern Iowa Health Center, by Dr. Jorge & his assistant Kelly. Like many people, I had a lot of anxiety going in because of a bad dental experience in the past — but they were so kind, quick, and understanding, that it changed how I feel about going to the dentist. They treated me with real compassion and patience, which made a huge difference. The staff clearly work very hard and serve an incredible number of patients every day. Despite being so busy, they never made me feel rushed or overlooked.
This clinic is such a valuable resource for our community, especially for those who need more accessible or affordable dental care. I’m genuinely grateful for the work they do and the care they provide to so many people. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for skilled, compassionate dental care. Thank you!!!
