I called and was asked to be put on HOLD. Not sure how long you're supposed to HOLD on after 8 minutes? I heard people in the background the whole time, but no one picked the phone back up.

I had a cut and color. I thought maybe the color would get better with time but the highlights are near as light as I asked for. I paid quite a bit and I haven’t had ONE person even notice I got it colored or cut. Looking at it myself in the mirror, I can’t even tell a difference. I’m somewhat disappointed

I received professional amazing friendly service with A touch of class!! Laura is a great hair Stylist, I was amazed with the transformation that accord during my appointment! ThAnk you for being knowledgeable professionals and being on top of your game. Prices are affordable as well!!! One of my best highlights color and cut!!! My total appreciation!!!
