I was originally scheduled for Monday, five days from now. The service desk called me to let me know a tech was finished early with a job and would be available to come to my residence this afternoon. He called ahead of arriving to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional, diligent in his work, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain in detail about the equipment. The technician’s technical knowledge was clear not only through the efficiency in his work, but also the information he provided. Had a great experience with Colony. The estimate for AC install was very fair. Install was quickly scheduled. The install team did great. On time and very courteous. Highly recommend!
