Worked through them for almost 3 months at a place called Murray warehouse in Iowa city. The work conditions were unsafe as the warehouse supervisor allowed her employees to operate fork trucks while watching movies on their phones. One of the employees ran into my fork truck and knocked everything off my forks. Then I became sick on a few different occasions however I provided doctors notes for the days I missed. Judy and Evelyn told Aerotek staff that my attendance was an issue and threatened to get rid of me. Aerotek constantly sided with Murray warehouse. Put me in a bottom of the barrel factory where the turnover rate is extremely high. Aerotek blindly took the factories side when problems started coming up from lack of training. The team leads would put you on a brand new machine and then come back 2 hours later and tell you everything you're doing wrong. That's the factories idea of training. So Aerotek takes their side and does nothing to defend me and I just quit when the problem arose like the 5th time. Since then I called twice and no answer, was text that I'd be called back the next day and wasn't. They tried calling the day after instead. Too little too late.
