We had an excellent experience with 380 Companies for both the mitigation and reconstruction after our bathroom flooded. They came out after hours on a Friday to get the water cleaned up and everything properly dried out, which we were incredibly grateful for. The team was timely, thorough, and very knowledgeable, and they were always responsive to our questions throughout the process. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company, making the claim process easy and stress free. We highly recommend 380 Companies for both mitigation and reconstruction work

These guys made a total disaster as good of an experience as it could possibly be. From Todd overseeing the whole initiative, Ryan/Shawn and their water mitigation team, to Jeff and his construction crews, and even the gal in the front office who took my payment....everyone was super easy to work with, professional, and genuinely caring.
They were great about keeping both my wife and me in the loop the whole time, always communicating clearly about what was happening and what to expect next. Everyone who came to the house was respectful and considerate of our space!

My husband and I were very happy with the work and attention to detail they did with our cabin. Everything went smoothly from the initial contact to the last little detail. They worked well with our insurance company. All the project managers and crew members assigned to us were very dependable, competent, attentive to all our concerns, and great to work with. They always kept us up to date on everything and what to expect. We love how everything turned out. We are very thankful for their great service and would recommend to anyone needing work done.
