Jon did a house inspection for a house our daughter was looking to buy. He was very thorough and did an excellent job! He took his time and explained what he was looking at and answered any questions we had. The print out was of a lot of help!! Thanks Jon.
Jon was the right choice for our inspection when purchasing a home from out of state. Based off of reviews, Jon seemed like a great choice for a home inspector. We were able to talk to him the day prior to the inspection and go over the process with him. We received our inspection report the same evening as the inspection and were thrilled to see how thorough he was. He not only explains his observations, but also how they could become an issue down the road, as well as general recommendations for remediation. Overall we were very satisfied with Jon's service and would absolutely recommend him to others!
Jon is an incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable inspector who has (in my opinion) the three most important things a home inspector needs in spades; he knows what he is talking about, he doesn't want you to get taken advantage of, and he's not afraid to be blunt.
My wife and I cannot recommend Jon highly enough; you should hire this man.
