we worked with Tom Poston and he was very knowledgeable about the windows, siding and downspouts and gutters. He was very good about keeping us updated on materials arriving and start dates. Mohammed and Callie came and took out 10 windows and replaced all ten and cleaned everything up in one day They worked efficiently and were very friendly. Edwards team did the siding. They worked fast but I felt they were a little careless with things that were in their way, nothing major but things that were all part of our home. The gutter and downspout crew came and did their job and cleaned everything up as they went. We were very pleased with them. Tom Poston, Jim Jones and office staff have been very helpful getting everything done in a timely fashion. We will recommend Seamless Exterior to all our friends and family. Talk about meticulous! These guys were wiping fingerprints off of the downspouts with microfiber cloths. The workmanship was great. They were prompt with estimates and installation and I can't remember when I saw this kind of attention to detail. Very satisfied. Top quality product and installation at a fair price. I am near Runnells so was dealing with company's Des Moines branch.

I requested a quote because I need all of my gutters replaced. I’m a 23 year old female and first time homeowner. I’m not sure if he was rude because of my age or gender or if he’s just that kind of guy. When I asked him to come out for a bid he was fine until I told him I would not be signing the day of the bid. I wanted to get a couple bids to ensure I was working with a good company. He then got very upset and told me he didn’t need me wasting his time and it was wrong for me to price shop/ get more than one bid. Reluctantly I still scheduled. He then cancelled the day of our appointment. I tried to reschedule again. At that point he told me he didn’t need me wasting his time and I wasn’t worth the bid. If you’re okay with someone being extremely rude and unprofessional he is the guy for the job. To top it off in the 2 minute conversation we had he mentioned twice he is a state patrolman. Glad to know the streets are protected by such an ego sensitive man! If anyone would like to see the text message exchange I’d be glad to share!
