I have been doing PT here for a little while now. They do good work. The staff is highly inappropriate but they would say its me but they lie. Just kiddin!! They are a wonderful group! Highly recommend going here.

The Gentle Gym is by far the best gym I’ve went to. It has kind, caring and passionate staff. They offer a variety of fitness machines and self care options in the healing suite. The thing I like most about the Gentle Gym is my 1 on 1 personal training with Brittany. She has taught me a lot about lifting and ways to improve my movement and overall health. Would recommend this gym to all my friends and family.
