We recently bought a clothes dryer from Direct Appliance. We stopped at several appliance stores looking for the best deal. Direct Appliance not only had the best deal, they also have the best customer service! The sales people and the delivery / installation guys were very professional & knowledgable. I would highly recommend!

We purchased a Maytag dishwasher this month and had a very positive buying experience. When I walked into the store, Iziah offered assistance in reviewing the brands and options. No hard sell. Prices are competitive with the big box stores. Direct Appliance services what they sell, which is a big plus. We didn’t hesitate to buy their reasonably priced 5 year extended warranty. Caleb did an excellent job in installing the dishwasher, arriving on time, cordially answering questions, and demonstrating experienced workmanship.
