Billy with Dalton’s was excellent to work with. He explained the problem and educated us about the system and what repairs are needed. He also came out sooner than planned and that’s unheard of these days! Thanks so much!
Great service. Daltons was the 5th place I'd called. It's 90 degrees outside. Everyone else said it'd be most likely Friday before they could make it or charge me way more for emergency service next day. Daltons was available same day! My family ( critters included) is very relieved!
The 2 men servicing my air conditioning unit did a good job finding the problem and repairing the unit. It works fine now. I also had a thermostat replaced. I liked how they kept trying things until they found the problem. Price was a little high, but to be fair, I think everyone around this area is high priced. They also came the same day that I called. The men were polite and courteous and I would use them again.
