We had an emergency at our Airbnb and needed a plumber to come in on a Sunday (today). When you call, they have an AI answering service that said they had an emergency opening between 1:30 and 3:30 and that they would send a technician. There has not been a single call or update and the technician never showed up. When we called the AI answering service again, they said it was past office hours and we would receive a call back on Monday. Will update review if we ever hear back. Update: we finally received a call from someone in the Cedar Rapids business at 5:45pm. At that point we had already moved on and found Bergen Plumbing who could get us in right away. Much better communication with Bergen and much less confusion as compared to Dalton’s AI coordinator, which even confused their own technician that finally called 5 hours later.

Great tech who found our air conditioner problem in about five minutes. Unfortunately he didn't even have a fuse on his truck so I had to go buy one at the hardware store! But wait it gets worse. He demanded more than $400 for a five minute job, I was quoted $ 87.00 plus labor and parts! when I couldn't pay, he forced me to subscribe to a monthly membership plan! When I finally agreed to that, he lowered the price several times until I could afford it! I ended up paying almost $200 with no receipt! I am elderly and felt coerced and a little frightened. I am low income and can't afford the monthly payments.

Great service. Daltons was the 5th place I'd called. It's 90 degrees outside. Everyone else said it'd be most likely Friday before they could make it or charge me way more for emergency service next day. Daltons was available same day! My family ( critters included) is very relieved!

The 2 men servicing my air conditioning unit did a good job finding the problem and repairing the unit. It works fine now. I also had a thermostat replaced. I liked how they kept trying things until they found the problem. Price was a little high, but to be fair, I think everyone around this area is high priced. They also came the same day that I called. The men were polite and courteous and I would use them again.
