Just finished my second class. very welcoming staff and atmosphere. Mixes a very relaxed/peaceful atmosphere with some awesome YOGA.I can tell my hips and shoulders are being tested, exactly what I need! very excited about this journey I have started. highly recommended!

so fun! can sign up for classes or just walk in for a class. I had such a fun time for my first hot yoga it def did not disappoint and the instructor was awesome.
