I was having trouble with the volume control on my laptop. No sound! Keith was able to remote in and fix it in less than 5 minutes. I am not totally computer illiterate but was stumped. So grateful for his quick and efficient service. Highly recommended.
Keith has helped me in several ways. From finding a laptop for my son for college, to keeping my office computer running fast and virus free. He has excellent customer service and always very efficient and getting things done in a timely fashion. Very highly recommend him!!
